At US Wildling Shoes, we want you to feel the earth beneath your feet with total confidence. If your new minimalist footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Shoes

Place the unworn shoes in their original eco-friendly packaging and ensure all tags are still attached before sealing the shipping box.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
