Can I return or exchange my shoes if they don't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn shoes in their original packaging. Simply visit our returns portal to generate a shipping label. Please note that shoes worn outdoors cannot be returned.
Are Wildling shoes waterproof?
While many of our models feature water-rebounding materials or a membrane, they are generally water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. We recommend applying a PFC-free waterproofing spray to textile models to enhance protection.
